TESTIMONIAL POLICY

By leaving a review on any KLR SKN products on, but not limited to, social media, website, google, yelp or other mediums (REVIEWER NAME) agrees to the following testimony authorization and release:

(REVIEWER NAME) understands that their testimony, made on behalf of KLR SKN, may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting KLR SKN. I authorize KLR SKN. to use their name, photographs, videos, and testimonial.

(REVIEWER NAME) grants KLR SKN, its representatives and employees the right to use their name, name, photographs, videos, and testimonial in various marketing initiatives. (REVIEWER NAME) understands that this information may be used in various mediums for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content. (REVIEWER NAME) authorizes KLR SKN. to copyright, use and publish these materials in both print and electronic formats for purposes of publicizing KLR SKN.

In addition, (REVIEWER NAME) waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness or my testimony appears. (REVIEWER NAME) agree that (REVIEWER NAME) will make no monetary or other claim against KLR SKN. for the use of their name, photographs, videos, and testimonial.
