All of our products are nonrefundable.
Please keep in mind that our products are homemade and in fragile containers. We take great pride in properly packaging all of our products. If these break while in transit please contact us through the contact page, and we will respond within 48 hours.
All requests to replace any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise. All items being returned for replacement must be in the original condition with it’s original packaging.
It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business prior to receiving a replacement.
